The private room with a beautiful terrace was a great feature of this hotel. It provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the cool breeze. the hotel's key location, just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Old Town, made it easy to explore the area. the free rental bicycles were also a fantastic perk, allowing us to reach the city in just 10 minutes. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing us with a drink upon arrival and giving detailed explanations of nearby restaurants and attractions.
One downside of this hotel was its distance from interesting places. It took over 30 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and even the free bicycles provided took some time to get anywhere.

The hotel offers bikes to explore the surroundings, which is a great advantage. the pool area is lovely and refreshing. the breakfast is freshly cooked and a great start to the day. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding and some come with large showers.
The pool might be crowded at times, and the maintenance could be improved.

We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and it had a very festive atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient as it was close to both the beach and the town. The free bikes provided made it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast which had a variety of options to choose from.
The staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming. There was a lack of personal touch and they did not go out of their way to make our stay special.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with whatever I needed. They even gave me free bikes to explore the city, which was located only a short ride away. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, delicious omelettes and strong coffee. I also loved the hotel facilities, including the clean swimming pool and comfortable beds.

The villa is cosy, tastefully decorated, and has beautiful landscaping. The garden with benches over the river is a great alternative to the ocean. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of local and continental options. The staff is polite, friendly, and attentive.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.

We had the most luxurious stay at Riverside Oasis Villa. The room was spacious and beautiful, filled with natural light. The pool was a perfect oasis, great for a refreshing dip. The staff, especially Alice, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The hotel even arranged for taxis to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly indulgent experience.

Over Christmas, I had an amazing stay at this riverside hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the old town. I loved that they provided bikes for guests, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and the pool and shaded garden provided a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring.
The only downside I can think of is that there was a nearby karaoke place that occasionally caused some noise in the evenings. However, it was not a frequent occurrence and didn't go on for long.

Had a great time over Easter weekend. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather, and it was nice to have free bikes to explore the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and even helped us plan our daily activities based on what we were interested in. the complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was really convenient, with easy access to both the beach and the city center.
That the room could have been a bit cleaner. There were some areas that could have been tidied up better, but it didn't affect our overall stay too much.

We had an epic time exploring the Real Vietnam Tour. We got to bike around and discover the Vietnamese culture and way of life. The highlight was the seven-kilometre tour around Cam Thanh Village where we got a taste of traditional crafts and lifestyles. Staying with a local family was super cool and we got to experience their daily routines. It was a teenage dream come true!
The only thing we would've asked for is a better party scene for young party-goers. We wanted to turn up and have a crazy night, but the hotel was more chilled out.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to both the beach and the ancient town. You can cycle to local areas using the free bikes provided by the hotel, which is a convenient and enjoyable way to explore. the rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. the staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist guests, providing helpful information on local attractions and arranging taxis and tours. the breakfast is delicious, with fresh omelettes and a variety of fruits and coffee.
The pool area could be better maintained and the pool itself looked cloudy throughout the stay.
